We respect intellectual property and expect our users to do the same. Here is how to report content that infringes your copyright, and how we handle it (Digital Millennium Copyright Act, DMCA).

  1. 01Report infringing content

If you believe a business card or link page hosted on our service uses your work without permission, send a written notice to our designated agent at the contact address below. You can also use the Report button on the page and choose Copyright, then send the full notice by email.

  2. 02What your notice must include

    1) Your physical or electronic signature. 2) The work you say is infringed. 3) The address (URL) of the page and a description of the content to remove. 4) Your name, postal address, telephone number and email. 5) A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law. 6) A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them.

Incomplete notices may not be acted on. Knowingly false notices can make you liable for damages.

  3. 03What we do

When we receive a valid notice, we promptly remove or disable access to the content and tell the account holder, with a copy of the notice.

  4. 04Counter-notice

If your content was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice with: your signature; the content removed and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake; your name, address and telephone number; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, outside the United States, any district where we may be found) and to accept service from the person who sent the notice.

We forward it to that person and may restore the content after 10 to 14 business days unless they tell us they have filed a court action.

  5. 05Repeat infringers

We close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.

  6. 06Designated agent

Our designated agent for copyright notices is the operator of this site, at the postal and email address shown below.
